About the Event
Join us at the Toscano Family Ice Forum for a unique on-ice and off-ice injury prevention clinic led by members of the UConn Ice Hockey program and the UConn Institute for Sports Medicine. This hands-on session is designed to help young hockey players improve movement quality, better understand their skating mechanics, enhance performance, and reduce injury risk.
Participants will experience a combination of sport science testing, functional movement assessments, biomechanics video review, and skill-based on-ice drills—all tailored specifically for youth players.
